Michael proved to be the missing link between my great Mac equipment and a computer system that worked the way I did. He came over and helped me consolidate hard drives, clean up messes I had made converting from Windows to MAC, made sure I had backups, set up my wireless and Airport Express so I could listen to tunes on my stereo while I worked. Besides his praiseworthy expertise and work-manner with clients, he is always accessible. By using screen sharing, Michael has gotten me out of several jams, such as when my Itunes hardrive crashed and he rescued it all via remote. Michael is someone you can trust and great to work with.
